" Dr Joe is amazing and is full of love and passion for what he does. My husband and I wanted a non-denominational wedding and not a cookie cutter ceremony. We Skyped with various officiants in the Ventura / Oxnard / Ojai Area so we could get a feel to see if we meshed well.  We knew immediately after chatting with Dr. Joe for a few minutes that he would be our Ventura wedding officiant ! The  GOLD  Package

Personalized & Customized Ceremony or Vow Renewal

 

As your Ventura Wedding Officiant, I look forward to meeting with you both and creating your Gold Wedding Ceremony that will fill your heart with memories that will last a lifetime!  

We would meet together in person, on the phone, or ZOOM/Skype (followed by several email contacts).  I would want to get to know you both; about who you are as unique individuals and about your Love story as a couple, in order to personalize your ceremony.  

Then, from the GOLD Personalized Ceremony Packet I send and/or from your own resources, when we meet we will customize your ceremony :  discover the rituals, traditions, readings and vows you want to include, so that the ceremony reflects your LOVE, personalities, values and beliefs. To further customize your ceremony, when we meet, I will present a framework for you (give the salient features/aspects of your ceremony).  

During our meeting, I ask you all the right questions, offer suggestions and examples, draft the customized ceremony outline, and then send it to you for approval.  For the ceremony itself, I am at least 60 mins. early; there is nothing to memorize; I do the work in order to keep it easy & fun for you. There are no rules as to how your ceremony has to be, instead, within the framework we construct, it will be focused on your love; your ceremony, your way!

The Silver :

Scripted Planner

Your Customized Scripted Ceremony or Vow Renewal

 

This ceremony offers a “budget-friendly basic SILVER Scripted Ceremony Planner Packet which I send to you for you to make selections. 

This basic scripted ceremony (15-20 mins. max!) is one which you customize yourself, without meeting with me/without my assistance, from the outline and options in the Scripted Planner, and then send to me for me to present on your Event Day :)  

This is a popular and fine option for your Oxnard Area Wedding / Ventura Wedding.

 

This Basic Scripted Ceremony Planner offers a Unity ritual/option (candle lighting, rose ceremony, or sand ceremony, etc) and/or 1-2 reading(s) that you choose and I read.  Although I’m at least a 30 mins. early for your 15-20 min. ceremony, we will not meet or work together, and not be in contact beyond the initial contact email confirmation and contract.

 

The ceremony you construct, but which I present, will be a joyous and uplifting experience for you and your guests!!

 

The Bronze:

Brief Simplicity

Brief Simple Preformatted Ceremony, Elopement 

or Vow Renewal--

 

This economic non-personalized and non-customized brief, yet beautiful, simple ceremony option (10-12 minutes max!) would be the brief ceremony you seek.  It offers a choice of either a civil/secular, or non-denominational, or religious/spiritual preformatted brief ceremony.   Your ceremony will be brief and simple, exactly as you wanted!

 

You will select one of the three preformatted ceremony selections from the BRONZE Brief Ceremony Selection which I will send.  There may be NO additions (readings, etc.) ; instead it will be your simple ceremony, your way.  Although I’m at least 30 minutes early for your 10-12 min. brief ceremony, we will not meet or work together, nor be in contact beyond the initial contact email confirmation and contract.

 

This Brief Ceremony is a basic, simple, yet popular option.  Your ceremony will be brief and simple, exactly as you wanted!
