You have several ceremony options for your precious baby/child: blessing or dedication; infant baptism or christening; welcoming or naming; or baby naming & infant baptism.
Baby Blessings and Dedications are celebrations of the community of faith marking the child as a member of the family of God, the faithful community.
The rite of Infant Baptism or a Christening in the Name of the Triune God is a sacrament celebrated by the community of believers as a sign of initiation into the covenant of God's people, into the Christian Life of the community of faith.
A Baby Welcoming Ceremony and Baby Naming Ceremony celebrates the child's membership in the family, the family of faith and the human family. It is a celebration of the brilliant light of your child's life into our lives. It is also my privilege to co-officiate/celebrate a Baby Naming and Baby Blessing/Baptism with your Rabbi/Cantor or other clergy.
Adult or older child baptism is also available upon request.
